Flight Centre South Africa has established a strong reputation for innovation and customer experience within the fast-changing travel industry. The company is constantly seeking new ways to provide its customers with better services and greater choice of products during their travel, while enhancing its omnichannel experience.
As a part of that initiative. Flight Centre identified an opportunity to include tours, activities and experiences from around the world as part of its already extensive online offering of flights, hotels, car hire and package deals. As an innovation leader in its own space, Getlocal was a natural choice of partner.
The partnership with Getlocal and implementation of the Getlocal white-label solution will allow Flight Centre to seamlessly integrate thousands of travel products from around the world into its digital platforms. South Africans will be able to easily book activities in major cities in Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and the Indian Ocean Islands, as well as hundreds of local locations in Southern Africa.
